Harvest Moon B&B and Namaste Lofts are located on the second floor at each property with access only by stairs. 9 East on Poplar, Harvest Moon B&B and Namaste Lofts are not handicap accessible.
A deposit of one half the total balance is due to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is due within 30 days of your arrival. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express - Please advise how you wish to pay. Personal checks must clear before reservations are confirmed.
For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. Please note personal checks are no longer accepted.

Check In time: 4-6 p.m.
Early check in or late check out will need to be authorized by property owner and based on availability and future bookings.

Once your payment is received, be assured your accommodations will be ready and awaiting your arrival. It also ensures the accommodations are sold on the date/s specified. When a last-minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize…but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements.
A cancellation of a confirmed reservation within 45 days of the intended stay will result in a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee or a credit will be issued for a future stay. Credit will be valid for (1) one year from date of the cancelled reservation. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for early departures or non-arrival.
Reservations can be confirmed up to one year in advance.
All Guests will be financially responsible for any; damages, theft, excessive cleanup, unreturned/lost keys, unauthorized late check-outs, and unwarranted service calls. You will be notified and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Bath Towels are to be used only for personal hygiene and not to be used for other purposes. There will be a $25.00 per towel charge for any missing or excessively stained towel/s. You will be notified and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Pets are strictly prohibited from all properties – Exception for service animals only and documentation must be presented prior to confirm the animal is for service for a guest staying overnight on the property.
There are to be no more than the maximum occupancy guests in any unit/home/room without prior consent from management. Check maximum occupancy number listed for each property/unit. Rates are based on double occupancy and a $15 upcharge for each additional guest up to maximum occupancy.* Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight at any property.
*Harvest Moon B&B – $25 Upcharge per additional guest will apply if more than 2 guests in Suite K.
It is understood that the owners of each property will not be held liable for any type of loss, injury, or death, which may result from the guests stay at the property reserved or anywhere on the property. This also applies to visitors of the guests at the property. Nor are the owners liable for errors in advertising print, or matters out of our control, such as noise, construction, weather, etc.
The use of illegal drugs is not permitted and will result in eviction with no refund. Excessive noise, or disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and will also result in immediate eviction with no refund.
SMOKING AND VAPING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL PROPERTIES. A fee will be charged for extra cleaning, repairs, or damage due to smoking in the building and will be charged to your account on file, the fee starts at $250.00 and any repairs or damage will be in addition to the $250.00.
Additional non-permitted items such as candles or items with any open flames are prohibited.
Dietary Restrictions/Food Allergies - Applicable to Harvest Moon B&B Only
Please provide us with any special dietary needs or food allergies you or your party may have so we can make all efforts to accommodate them.
Due to insurance and liability reasons, we cannot allow children younger than 6 years old on the property. If you plan to stay at any one of the three properties with accompanying children, please read and adhere to the following policies:
Children 6 to 12 years old:
Must be supervised by an adult or adolescent (14 or older) at all times anywhere on the property. This includes in-room, common areas, porches/decks, and any area outdoors on the grounds.
Rambunctious behavior is not allowed. This includes (but not limited to) yelling/screaming, running, throwing things, tantrums, or any disruptive behavior.
Applicable to Harvest Moon B&B only
Good behavior is especially important during breakfast and breakfast entertainment. If a child becomes unruly (as even the best tend to do from time to time), please remove them from the dining room. We’ll be glad to hold some breakfast back for you and them.
Children 12 to 18 years old:
The rambunctious behavior rule as stated above also applies.
Respect for other guests is an absolute must, teasing, gesturing, or rude behavior is not allowed.
Profanity is absolutely prohibited anywhere on the property.
Mobile phones, laptops, tablets must be placed on silent when used in common areas.
Music on headphones must not be able to be heard by other guests.
Failure to adhere to these policies will result in you and your family being asked to leave with no refund. Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
